Tomato Soup, for Percussion Trio

Tomato Soup is a short Multi-Tom Trio for advanced
performers. It features lyrical ostinatos and a vigourous,
fast paced rhythm. It is heavily inspired by Nebojsa Zivkovic's
"Trio Per Uno", and is a good warm up for it. It is great for
juries, recitals and other performances!

Invention:2, for Marimba Quartet

Invention:2 was written for my sister. It features a minimalistic
ostinato which is moved throughout "2" marimbas while the other
two feature the melody and solos. It is primarily for the advanced
marimba quartet. The melodies reflect 1980-90s chiptunes, because
early Nintendo music is my favorite.

Kokorro, for solo marimba
Free
Kokorro was written for a good friend of mine. It features many harmonic
modulations and a light, happy melody which the player will enjoy.
The solo features a reprise with octaves in the melody, and will challenge
the advanced marimbist with its open and free permutations.

Reflection of Sound, for 5 Timpani and Soundscape

Reflection of Sound is a timpani solo written based off of a song I wrote for
an indie-video game. The soundscape was originally a chiptune, but I expanded it
so it could become a comprehensive timpani solo. The timpani part matches the melody
and fills it in to make a full, enjoyable piece.
